Responsibilities
This is a full-time hybrid Insurance Agent role based in Boca Raton, FL, with flexibility for some work from home. The Insurance Agent will assist clients in understanding and selecting Medicare Supplement Insurance policies, providing clear explanations of coverage options, benefits, and costs. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting consultations by phone, handling inbound inquiries, and developing interpersonal relationship with client.
Qualifications
- Insurance Sales and Insurance skills.
- Finance knowledge to help clients understand premiums, savings, and long-term cost implications.
- Strong Customer Service skills, including active listening, empathy, and effective problem resolution.
- State-issued health/insurance license (or eligibility and willingness to obtain one within a defined timeframe).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work in a hybrid environment with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer skills.
