The Role:
As Kitchen Manager, you will lead our kitchen operations, inspire a talented culinary team, and shape the future of our menu. You’ll be responsible for:
- Designing and executing innovative, high-quality menus
- Leading, mentoring, and developing kitchen staff
- Managing food cost, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborating with FOH leadership to deliver a seamless guest experience
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience as a Kitchen Manager, Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume, high-end kitchen
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Expertise in modern American cuisine
- Proven ability to manage budgets, food costs, and kitchen operations
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
