A healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care within women's health and family-centered care settings. This opportunity is ideal for nursing professionals who are passionate about supporting patients throughout childbirth, recovery, and postpartum care while working in a collaborative healthcare environment.
Assess, monitor, and evaluate patient conditions throughout the care continuum
Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed
Monitor maternal and newborn well-being and respond appropriately to changes in condition
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate care
Educate patients and family members regarding treatment plans, recovery, newborn care, and discharge instructions
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Support patient safety initiatives and evidence-based nursing practices
Assist with admissions, discharges, and care transitions
Provide compassionate support to patients and families during significant life events
Adapt to varying patient care environments and staffing needs as assigned
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligibility for licensure
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Experience in labor and delivery, postpartum, or maternal-child health nursing required
Neonatal resuscitation certification preferred or required based on role
Fetal monitoring experience preferred
Strong assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
