Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Manage laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items efficiently.
- Maintain floor care by sweeping, buffing, waxing, and carpet cleaning to ensure floors are spotless and well-maintained.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally during visits or interactions.
- Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed meticulously to promote a healthy environment for residents or guests.
- Handle janitorial tasks including waste disposal, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment in excellent condition.
- Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as scheduling cleaning routines and coordinating team efforts when needed.
Skills
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with strong custodial skills.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning, waxing, and polishing.
- Ability to perform laundry duties efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Familiarity with sanitation procedures and janitorial best practices to ensure safety and hygiene.
- Experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly advantageous.
