Lamar Heat & Air is hiring HVAC Install Apprentices/Helpers in Aledo, TX. We're hiring multiple apprentices immediately.
This isn't a job where you'll sit in a truck all day or watch someone else do the work. You'll help install HVAC systems, move equipment, work in attics, and support experienced installers on residential projects.
If you're dependable, willing to work hard, and want to learn a skilled trade, we'll teach you the rest.

Assist lead installers on residential HVAC replacement and installation projects

Load, unload, and move HVAC equipment and materials

Work in attics, crawl spaces, garages, and outdoor environments

Help complete installations safely and efficiently

Keep job sites clean and organized

Learn HVAC installation techniques from experienced installers

Support the team wherever needed to get the job done

Able to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the day

Comfortable working in hot attics and physically demanding conditions

Reliable transportation and dependable attendance

Coachable and willing to take direction from experienced installers

Able to work occasional 10–12+ hour days when required
HVAC experience is not required. Reliability and work ethic are.

$17–$20 per hour, based on performance and skill development
