We're looking for a Support Care Professional to join our team. A successful candidate has previous experience working with the developmentally disabled, a strong work ethic and an active interest in helping to care for our consumers. It is often said that there is no greater satisfaction than working directly with our consumers, and this is absolutely true. It's extremely rewarding, since many of our consumers are living well.

Responsibilities - What you’ll do
- Entry to mid-level professional work completing, implementing, monitoring and reviewing individualized habilitation plans for 8 to 16 consumers with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
- Serve as part of a treatment team for identification and development of supports.
- Observe behavior, develop habilitation programs, monitor progress on objectives, and amend plans and programs as needed.
- Prepare reports and progress notes and complete quarterly and monthly reviews.
- Supervise, train, and monitor direct care staff.
- Responsible for the oversight and management of group homes.
- Serve in the after business hours on-call rotation as contact for facility incidents.
- Provide direct support to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities as needed for monitoring, training, and/or staffing purposes.
Qualifications - All you need for success
A Bachelor's degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience. (Substitutions may be allowed).
