We’re looking for a full-time server who can keep up.
This role is for someone who moves with urgency, connects naturally with people, and knows how to turn a table into a great experience — not just take an order. If you’re dependable, personable, and know how to hustle in a fast-paced environment, you’ll do very well here.
What You’ll Do
- Greet every guest with energy and confidence — first impressions matter
- Guide guests through the menu with strong knowledge and recommendations
- Take accurate orders and keep service flowing using our POS system
- Deliver food and drinks quickly while maintaining presentation and quality
- Upsell naturally — drinks, add-ons, and specials should be second nature
- Stay on top of your section: tables cleared, reset, and turning efficiently
- Handle payments accurately and close out tables smoothly
- Jump in where needed — we work as a team to keep operations running strong
- Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred
- Strong work ethic — reliable, on time, and ready to move
- Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts
- Confident communication and a natural ability to connect with guests
- Comfortable upselling and maximizing each table’s experience
- Team player mindset — no “that’s not my job” attitude
- Availability for weekends and high-volume shifts is a must
