Keep projects flowing by documenting labor, tracking work orders, and clearly identifying WIP.

Fit and weld components/sub‑assemblies with minimal supervision using proven processes and techniques.

Meet or exceed quality, dimensional, and efficiency targets from drawings, specs, and work instructions.

Interpret blueprints and verify with tape measures, squares, protractors, and weld gauges.

Run TIG and GMAW on a variety of ferrous and non‑ferrous metals per project needs.

Assist with fixture design and fabrication to improve repeatability and flow.
-
Follow ISO procedures, PPE requirements, and safe equipment operation guidelines.
-
Operate forklifts, jib cranes, hoists, and other lifting devices safely and efficiently.

Assist in training and mentoring new welders or team members.
-
Successfully complete required welding certification tests, including customer‑specific qualifications.

Perform other duties as assigned to support department and company goals.

Proficient TIG and GMAW technique.
-
Confident blueprint reading with strong GD&T interpretation.

Comfort with precision measurement and inspection tools.

Quality mindset, attention to detail, and dependable execution.

Punctual, process‑oriented, and eager to improve.

Technical Diploma in Welding preferred; OR High School Diploma/GED plus four (4) years of welding experience and/or related training.

Meets Pro‑Cise, Inc. welding qualification requirements and passes applicable certification tests.

AWS D1.1 certification required (or ability to obtain upon hire).
-
Forklift and lifting‑device operation certification (company‑provided).
-
Stand for long periods; frequent walking; occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
-
Lift/move up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
-
Vision: close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
-
Operate effectively in a fast‑paced setting with strong focus and situational awareness.
-
Interpret instructions, engineering drawings, and work orders; manage multiple tasks while staying detail‑oriented.

Exposure to welding fumes, airborne particles, hot surfaces, and moving mechanical parts.

High‑temperature materials and loud noise; hearing protection required.

Manufacturing environment with required PPE, ventilation, and safety protocols.
