Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Administrator & Payroll Specialist to join our team. Duties
- Manage daily office operations, including front desk responsibilities, multi-line phone systems, and client communication to ensure a welcoming and professional environment.
- Oversee schedule management for team members, meetings, and coordinating calendars efficiently.
- Administer human resources functions for clients, including onboarding new employees, and taking hours for clients business by email or phone.
- Process payroll using accounting and financial software like Accountants World Payroll Relief, ensuring timely and accurate employee payments.
- Perform bookkeeping duties such as after the fact bookkeeping and maintaining financial records with spreadsheets, third party evidence (ie amortization schedules) and accounting software.
- Ensure compliance with confidentiality standards when handling sensitive information related to employees, and company operations.
Experience
- Proven experience in office administration or office management roles with a focus on payroll processing and human resources functions.
- Demonstrated proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or comparable financial software.
- Strong background in bookkeeping, budgeting, and financial record-keeping within an office environment.
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction, and team collaboration.
- Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with spreadsheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Prior experience in CPA office management or similar environments is a plus but not required.

Pay: $24.00 - $31.00 per hour
