Job Summary

Duties
- Receive incoming shipments by unloading trucks using equipment such as pallet jacks, reach trucks, or forklifts, ensuring accuracy and safety.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision using forklifts to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch by labeling, packaging, and verifying order details in accordance with shipping & receiving protocols.
- Maintain organized storage areas by stocking shelves efficiently and conducting regular inventory counts to prevent stock discrepancies.
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits to support accurate stock levels and compliance with trade regulations.
- Support warehouse distribution activities by coordinating with logistics teams to optimize shipping logistics and load/unload freight effectively.
Experience
- Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately.
- Strong data entry skills combined with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting purposes.
- Excellent customer service mindset with the ability to communicate effectively across teams to ensure seamless warehouse operations.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.50 per hour
