A close-knit and highly-aligned co-parenting family is seeking consistent support between their two Highlands-area homes, which are only a few miles apart. Dad prefers morning help, and Mom needs afternoon coverage. Care will be for two sweet and artistic girls, ages three and six. Duties will include light housekeeping such as dishes, laundry, organizing, and meal prep, in addition to school and activity shuttling. The best fit for this varied role will be someone who is warm and positive, fun and flexible, safe and reliable, with great communication and time management skills, along with a clean driving record and excellent/relevant references.
