External Elements (EXELMS) Lead

The External Elements (EXELMS) Lead receives work direction derivatives from the MSTP Exercise Design Lead and Project Manager.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage, supervise, and coordinate the efforts of contractor personnel in development of scenarios, concepts, products and other deliverables that may be specified in support of scenario development and exercise design for MAGTF and joint/combined exercises.
Bachelor’s degree is required (information systems, operations research, management, military science, or equivalent area desired). Master’s degree is preferred.
Minimum eight years of operational experience in deployment and employment of ground combat, aviation, supporting arms, or combat service support units, related equipment and C2 methods and systems at the Higher Headquarters level.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Excellent organizational, planning, problem-solving, prioritization, and interpersonal skills.
SPECIAL POSITION NOTATIONS
Qualification as an authorized company driver is required. All authorized company drivers must have a valid driver’s license, current automobile insurance, and a driving record that is acceptable to the company’s auto insurance provider.
