As a Toddler Teacher, you'll create a warm, nurturing classroom where children feel safe, supported, and inspired to learn. You'll build meaningful relationships with families while helping toddlers develop socially, emotionally, physically, and academically through our proven Balanced Learning® curriculum. Our exclusive digital lesson planning platform provides the tools and resources you need to create engaging learning experiences every day.

- Job Title: Toddler Teacher
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–6:30 PM
- Pay: $15.00–$18.00 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment for toddlers.
- Implement age-appropriate lesson plans using our curriculum and digital learning platform.
- Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow team members.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom.
- Manage classroom routines and promote positive behavior.
- Observe and document children's progress.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
Qualifications
- Passion for working with young children and helping them grow.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Reliable, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
- Previous experience in early childhood education or childcare is preferred but not required.
