Role Overview:
As a Caregiver at Assisting Hands Central Ohio, you will be responsible for delivering compassionate in-home care to our elderly clients, ensuring their comfort and safety. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our team to coordinate care plans and assist clients in adhering to their personalized care strategies. Whether you work remotely or on-site, you’ll have the flexibility to provide meaningful support in an environment that values teamwork and quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate care and support to elderly clients in their homes.

Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, medication reminders, and meal preparation.

Communicate effectively with clients and their families to ensure their needs are met.

Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in client conditions to the care team.

Collaborate with the team to ensure comprehensive care delivery and to meet individual client needs.
Qualifications:
You're a great fit if you have the following skills.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Compassionate nature and a passion for helping others.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Prior experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred.
Bonus If You:
- Have certifications in First Aid and CPR.

Possess specialized training in elderly care or dementia care.

Are multilingual and can communicate with clients in additional languages.
