Job Summary
Join our vibrant team as a Server / Bartender, where you will be the heart of our hospitality experience! Duties
- Lead and supervise team members to deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced environment
- Take and serve orders efficiently using POS systems such as TOAST POS
- Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and specialty drinks in a lively bar setting
- Ensure food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
- Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic retail math accurately during shifts
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, addressing inquiries, and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Assist with catering events or banquet setups to support special functions and large parties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas in compliance with food safety standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of POS systems including Toast or similar
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently
- Demonstrated ability in sales techniques and upselling beverages or menu items
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to serve alcohol responsibly in accordance with licensing laws
- Experience with banquet or catering services is desirable
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
