- Perform thorough cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal across multiple facility types.
- Utilize janitorial supplies and equipment efficiently to ensure effective cleaning results.
- Assist with custodial tasks like window washing, restroom sanitation, and surface disinfecting to promote hygiene and safety.
- Support facilities maintenance activities including minor repairs, light painting, and equipment upkeep as needed.
- Follow safety protocols during all cleaning operations to prevent accidents or injuries.
- Maintain detailed logs of completed tasks and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
Experience
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial settings is highly preferred
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery and equipment safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout your shift.
