What You’ll Do
As a Department Manager, you’ll take responsibility for a core area of the business while supporting overall restaurant success:

Set goals, delegate tasks, and drive results within your department
- Lead, coach, and develop crew and managers
- Ensure quality, service, cleanliness, and food safety standards are consistently met
- Monitor performance and take action to improve results
- Support shift execution and overall restaurant operations

Department Focus Areas
Each restaurant has three key leadership roles:
Guest Service Department Manager

Deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Lead Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru operations
- Ensure team members are trained in service procedures
- Execute promotions and maintain strong service flow
Kitchen Department Manager

Ensure fast, high-quality food production
- Maintain food safety and control food costs
- Train and develop kitchen team members
- Support new product rollouts and execution
People Department Manager

Lead hiring, onboarding, and scheduling
- Develop and retain a strong team
- Create a positive, motivating work environment
Ensure team members are set up for success from day one

Who We’re Looking For

Previous leadership experience (restaurant, retail, or hospitality preferred)
- McDonald's Leadership Certificates preferred

Previous people management role, required

Strong communicator who leads with energy and accountability
- Ability to manage people, processes, and performance
- Positive, team-first mindset
- Flexible schedule
