As we continue to expand our operations, we are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Order Management Associate to join our team and help ensure a smooth and efficient order fulfillment experience for our customers.
Position Overview
The Order Management Associate plays a key role in supporting daily e-commerce operations by managing customer orders from placement through delivery. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate order information, coordinating with internal teams and suppliers, resolving order-related issues, and helping deliver an excellent customer experience.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, comfortable working with online systems, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Monitor order status, shipments, and delivery updates
- Verify order details, customer information, and product availability
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and shipping partners to ensure timely fulfillment
- Handle order changes, cancellations, returns, and customer requests
- Investigate and resolve shipping delays, missing packages, and order discrepancies
- Update order management systems and maintain accurate records
- Communicate with customers regarding order confirmations, tracking information, and delivery questions
- Assist with inventory tracking and identify potential fulfillment issues
- Support continuous improvements to order processing workflows
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
Qualifications
- Previous experience in order management, e-commerce operations, customer service, or logistics is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of order data
- Comfortable using online platforms, spreadsheets, and order management systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a remote team
