La Grande Country Club is a private member-owned country club in La Grande, OR. Our goal is to provide an exceptional experience by combining our beautiful location with excellent facilities, programs, and services for our members' enjoyment.
Part-time: Hours and shifts depend on staff availability and time of the year.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with their inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain a clean and organized shop environment
- Stock shelves and merchandise products
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to members and guests
- Assist with inventory management, restocking, tournament setup, and golf events
Experience:
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is not required, but a bonus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of golf is a bonus but not required
Staff will also be fully trained to be knowledgeable and capable of working in the bar, but the golf shop will be your main department.
