Cleveland Clinic’s M60 Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (EMU) is a 15-bed, Level 4 specialty unit dedicated to providing advanced, comprehensive care to adult patients with suspected or confirmed seizure disorders. The Assistant Nurse Manager plays a vital leadership role within this specialized unit, partnering with the Nurse Manager to oversee daily clinical operations, provide supervision, and coordinate care across interdisciplinary teams. This leader ensures the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care on assigned shifts and assumes full managerial responsibilities in the Nurse Manager’s absence.
