You’ll own functional testing for structures, units, panels, panelboards, component parts, controls, and full assemblies.

You’ll collaborate across Engineering, Quality, and operations to resolve issues quickly and effectively.

You’ll directly support customer inspectors during test and inspection activities.

Set up, inspect, and test equipment using verbal/written instructions, drawings, and specifications.

Run mechanical, electrical, insulation, and sequence tests; confirm quality and performance.

Troubleshoot failures, determine root causes, and drive corrective actions.

Recommend improvements to assembly, wiring, calibration, and testing procedures; confirm repairs/changes are completed and documented.

Maintain test gear, calibration status, records, and reporting.

Follow all safety, PPE, hygiene, and housekeeping practices.

High school diploma or GED (from an accredited institution).

2+ years of experience in power distribution or electrical distribution.

Proven ability to troubleshoot complex electrical circuits.

Comfortable reading and interpreting electrical schematics.

Associate’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Technology/Engineering, Electromechanical, Mechatronics, or related discipline.

1 year of experience reading/interpreting schematics.
