- Ensure every team member is adhering to our high standards of care while maintaining a respectful hall environment
- Oversee the best possible plan of care for every resident, ensuring their dignity and comfort come first
- Act as the face of the facility when interacting with clinics, doctors, and specialists
- Maintain complete and accurate charting and participate in key meetings to ensure our facility remains a premier provider
