Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take their food and beverage orders promptly.
- Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely manner while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dining areas and service stations.
- Follow food safety protocols and ensure proper handling of food and beverages.
- Utilize POS systems efficiently to process orders and payments accurately.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
- Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance the overall dining experience for customers.
- Work collaboratively with team members to provide a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for all patrons.
