Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Resident Liaison to serve as the vital link between our residents, families and management. This role is essential in fostering positive relationships, ensuring transparent communication, and promoting resident satisfaction. The Resident Liaison will act as a trusted representative, advocating for residents’ needs while supporting project goals with enthusiasm and professionalism. Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new admissions, addressing questions, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally
- Promptly meet with residents and families to complete admission paperwork
- Thoroughly orient the residents and family members to the building upon arrival
- Become a critical contributor to Interdisciplinary Team meetings
- Demonstrate strong independence in scheduling meeting times based on planned admissions
- Point of service documentation required with each resident encounter
Skills
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to deliver compelling public presentations for community outreach
- Proven experience in communication skills with a focus on relationship building
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple needs simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation purposes
- Point of service documentation experience preferred
- Customer service orientation with the ability to handle sensitive situations tactfully and professionally
- Long term care experience preferred, but not required. Willing to train the right canidate.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
