Position Title: Production Technician
Reports to: Manufacturing Supervisor
Position Description:
The Production Technician is responsible for assembling products safely, efficiently, and in accordance with established work instructions and quality standards. This role focuses on mechanical assembly using basic tools and assembly drawings. Individuals in this position are expected to follow standard work, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and contribute to consistent, high-quality output.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Assemble products and subassemblies using hand and power tools according to assembly drawings and work instructions
- Read and follow assembly drawings, bills of materials, and production travelers
- Perform basic quality checks to ensure parts are assembled correctly and meet visual and functional requirements
- Accurately complete production documentation and maintain required records
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area (5S)
- Identify and report any issues with parts, tools, or instructions to the supervisor or lead
- Follow all safety procedures and participate in daily safety meetings
- Support team members and assist in other production tasks as needed

- Receive direction from Production Leads and Production Supervisors.
- Interact with other team members from various departments.

Preferred, but not required experience:
- Prior manufacturing experience
- Previous warehouse experience
Travel:
No regular travel is expected

- Continuously required to stand
- Regularly required to sit and walk
- Frequently be required to lift and/or move up to 10 lbs.
