We’re looking for a Corporate Recruiter to join Behavioral Innovations and help build the teams behind one of the nation’s fastest-growing autism services organizations.
As Behavioral Innovations continues its rapid expansion into new markets across the country, our corporate teams play a critical role in building the infrastructure needed to support that growth. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Corporate Recruiter will lead full-cycle recruitment for corporate and home office positions, partnering closely with leaders to identify, attract, and hire talent who can help BI scale successfully.

What You'll Do:

Manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate and home office positions, from intake and sourcing through offer, placement, and onboarding

Partner with hiring leaders to understand business needs, develop recruiting strategies, and identify talent that supports BI’s continued nationwide growth

Proactively source and engage qualified candidates through multiple channels, building pipelines for current and future hiring needs

Deliver a consistent, professional, and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Manage corporate job requisitions within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accurate and timely documentation throughout the hiring process

Coordinate with internal teams to support a seamless onboarding experience for new corporate hires

Identify opportunities to streamline recruiting processes and improve efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes

Represent Behavioral Innovations at recruiting events, conferences, and networking opportunities to strengthen BI’s employer brand and talent pipelines

Provide recruiting support for field-based positions when additional Talent Acquisition coverage is needed

Support strategic sourcing initiatives for hard-to-fill clinical positions, including BCBA pipeline development, during periods of lower corporate hiring volume

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred

Minimum 2-3 years of recruiting experience is required

Strong sourcing skills with the ability to proactively identify and engage passive talent

Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technology

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Executive recruiting or senior-level sourcing experience is a plus
The role is at our Corporate Office in Plano, TX (Park/Tollway)
This is a full-time position that will begin onsite five days per week during the initial 90-day onboarding and training period. Following successful completion of onboarding and based on performance, the role will transition to the Talent Acquisition team’s hybrid schedule.
