The bartender is responsible for preparing and serving evening dinners and drinks, greeting each guest, and ensuring the guests are comfortable and overall satisfied.
- Providing personalized service to all guests
- Verify identification and age requirements of customers
- Mix traditional and creative cocktails
- Process payments from customers
- Clean glasses and bar utensils
- Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences
- Open and maintain tabs throughout their shift
- Build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere
- Other and all duties, projects, and tasks as assigned by manager.
