KEY HOLDER SALES TEAM

We are looking to fill a shift managing position on our sales team-- as soon as possible --and looking for that special someone to join the team! We are a sales -driven business and the person in this position will spend most of their time driving sales and performing typical sales floor duties.
The ideal person for this position must enjoy working with the public and enjoy being part of a close-knit team. Customer service is the heartbeat of our business and that requires a person who can smile, listen, communicate effectively and follow through on commitments. The person also needs to be enthusiastic, reliable, organized, honest, and with a fun personality. This is a part-time position and a great opportunity to join a group of fun, experienced and motivated people who love what they do! Duties of this position:

· Detail oriented.
· Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a leadership role.
· Ability to effectively communicate with customers and provide exceptional customer service.
· Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
· Provide exceptional customer service to each-and-every customer.
· Greet customers as they enter the store; answer telephones; return customer calls; follow up on customer requests.
· Sell footwear, apparel, and other cool stuff by learning the Features/Advantages/Benefits of each and being able to communicate to customers.
· Store opening and daily setup duties.
· Store closing duties including balancing the point-of-sale terminals and end of day paperwork.
· Operating the point-of-sale terminal to check out customers and check inventory as needed.
· Routine cleaning, straightening, organizing of the sales floor, stock areas, break rooms, as needed.
· Assist with checking in and processing incoming and outgoing freight shipments.
- Help lead the sales team.
Compensation Details:
· Starting $17/hr- $22/hr base on hourly (depending on experience), base plus spiffs on specific merchandise.
