Our managers oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient dining experience. This includes managing staff, handling finances, maintaining inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They are responsible for creating a positive work environment, enforcing health and safety regulations, and driving profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Management: Recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising restaurant staff.
- Operational Oversight: Managing daily operations, ensuring smooth service flow, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and resolving any operational issues.
- Financial Management: Overseeing budgets, managing inventory, tracking sales and costs.
- Customer Service: Handling customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive dining experience.
- Inventory Management: Managing supply inventory, placing orders, and minimizing waste.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate staff.
- Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Experience in restaurant management or a related field.
Requirements:
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent combo of education and experience. Have 5 or more years of restaurant management experience . Communicate effectively and confidently. Process information and operate our systems accurately. Assist in processing and replenishing and keeping the restaurant looking great. Are available when we are busy, including: nights, weekends and holidays. Are up to date with technology and apps and familiar with industry-related blogs and feeds. Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds. Must regularly move around all restaurant areas and be accessible to customers.
