Serve as the primary communication link between the culinary and service teams during meal service.

Coordinate ticket flow and prioritize orders to ensure accurate, timely execution.

Perform final quality checks to ensure every dish meets club standards for presentation, accuracy, and completeness.

Maintain efficient pacing during high-volume service periods while supporting a smooth kitchen workflow.

Communicate clearly with chefs, line cooks, and servers to ensure exceptional service.

Keep the expo station organized, clean, and operating efficiently.

Support the culinary team in delivering a consistently outstanding dining experience for our members and guests.

Previous experience as a Kitchen Expediter, Line Cook, or in a similar role within a high-volume restaurant or club environment.

Strong understanding of kitchen operations, food service timing, and ticket management.
