Call Center Representative/Concierge/Healthcare
Our call center is unique by design. It is located in Franklin, TN. You must complete required, in-house training period. Once training period is completed you may work remotely. All needed tools will be provided by the employer for remote work.
- Dermatology knowledge a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
- Answer incoming phone calls and make outgoing phone calls.
- Scheduling Medical Appointments for our patients.
- Speaking clearly to our patients over the phone in a professional manner.
- Input Insurance Information
- Collect co-pay virtual appointments and for Cosmetic Consults
- Create Telephone Encounter for patient calls that need to be addressed by a nurse or a provide
- Learn and Follow all Patient Protocols
- Must report to the Office for one monthly meeting and
- Education and Experience:
- Prior medical office experience preferred
- Knowledge of EMR/E Clinical Works software a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Essential Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to answer multiline phones.

- Ability to work as a team member.
- Well-organized with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
