Position Overview
We are hiring a Cleaner to join our team starting part-time, with the opportunity to grow into full-time as the business expands. This role is ideal for someone who values flexibility, enjoys physical work, and wants steady, recurring clients in a supportive work environment.
You will primarily clean residential homes during the week, with office cleanings on Saturdays.

Requirements (Must-Haves)
Applicants must:
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Have reliable access to their own car for transportation between jobs
- Have a valid U.S. ID
- Be able to pass a background check
- Be reliable, punctual, and professional
Physical & Practical Requirements
This job involves hands-on, repetitive physical work. Applicants must be in good physical shape and able to:
- Perform repetitive physical labor throughout the workday
- Climb up and down a 2-foot step ladder safely
- Lift and carry up to 30 lbs
- Work efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need prior cleaning experience, but you do need:
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently and independently
- A warm, friendly, and professional demeanor with clients
- Respect for clients’ homes, belongings, and privacy
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Schedule & Flexibility
- Weekday daytime availability, generally between 8:30am and 5:30pm
- Part-time to start, with ability to take on more hours over time
- Saturday availability for office cleanings A MUST
- Flexible scheduling is a big plus
