DRAFTER – MOZAIK / CABINET VISION SPECIALIST
A custom furniture manufacturing company is seeking a Drafter with experience in Mozaik and Cabinet Vision for the development of technical drawings and production preparation for millwork projects (kitchens, closets, wall units, panels, and custom cabinetry).
Responsibilities:
- Develop technical and shop drawings using Mozaik and/or Cabinet Vision
- Create detailed drawings for custom furniture fabrication
- Create cut lists, nesting, and files ready for CNC production
- Read and interpret architectural drawings and design specifications
- Coordinate with design, production, and CNC operator teams
- Verify measurements and specifications before production
- Adjust designs according to materials, hardware, and project requirements
- Ensure accuracy and quality in all fabrication drawings
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with Mozaik and/or Cabinet Vision
- Experience developing carpentry and millwork drawings
- Ability to read and develop technical drawings
- Knowledge of custom furniture manufacturing processes
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred:
- Previous experience in carpentry or cabinetry production environments
- Knowledge of CNC machinery for woodworking
- Experience integrating design with production
