- Learn and support product lines including valves, pistons, rods, valve springs, head gaskets, and related components
- Maintain accurate product information across the website, sales materials, price lists, catalogs, and internal resources
- Support product data projects, including organizing, reviewing, updating, and maintaining information in Excel
- Ensure new product launches are properly reflected across customer-facing materials, including website listings, product sheets, sales tools, and internal reference documents
- Identify gaps, outdated information, or inconsistencies in product data and help keep materials current and accurate
- Build strong relationships with customers, builders, shops, dealers, distributors, and industry partners
- Provide excellent customer service by phone, email, and web-based channels
- Follow up on quotes, inquiries, orders, and trade show contacts
- Support sales activity and help customers identify the right products for their applications
- Represent the company professionally when ownership or senior team members are unavailable
- Attend major industry trade shows and events as required
- Pitch in wherever needed to support the team and keep the business running smoothly
