Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Project Manager specializing in Construction Civil projects to lead and oversee complex infrastructure initiatives from inception to completion. Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of civil construction projects, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, and budget objectives.
- Develop detailed project schedules, coordinating all phases of construction scheduling.
- Manage project budgets by overseeing cost estimates, tracking expenditures, and implementing cost control measures utilizing HeavyBid or similar estimating tools.
- Collaborate with design teams to interpret construction plans and blueprints, ensuring accuracy and compliance with specifications.
- Supervise on-site construction activities, managing teams effectively to ensure safety standards, quality control, and regulatory compliance are maintained at all times.
- Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment using Construction management software to streamline logistics and delivery schedules.
- Ensure adherence to construction regulations and safety protocols while maintaining open communication channels among stakeholders for seamless project progress.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing complex infrastructure or heavy civil construction projects with a focus on commercial or public works.
- Strong proficiency in project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, ProCore, and Construction scheduling tools.
- Extensive knowledge of construction estimating, cost management, contract administration, and regulatory compliance within the civil construction industry.
- Demonstrated ability to read blueprints and construction plans accurately while managing project schedules effectively.
- Experience managing teams on construction sites with excellent leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with construction regulations governing safety standards and environmental policies.
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple projects.

Pay: $84,289.54 - $135,500.00 per year
