We are hiring a Junior Communications Coordinator to assist with internal communications, client correspondence, and departmental coordination. This position is ideal for organized individuals seeking to build a career in communications and business support.
Key Responsibilities

Assist with preparation and coordination of internal and external communications
- Support scheduling, reporting, and departmental updates
- Coordinate communication flow between teams and management
- Organize business documents, presentations, and client materials
- Maintain communication records and administrative documentation
- Support client service initiatives through organized correspondence
Qualifications

High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Administrative or communications experience is a plus, but not required
Compensation & Benefits

$21–$31/hour depending on experience
- Full-time schedule (Monday–Friday)
