Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Full-Time Cleaning Supervisor with EMS (Executive Management Services) expertise to lead our cleaning operations in O'Fallon, MO 63366. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily custodial activities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety across various facilities. As a supervisor, you will motivate and manage a dedicated team of cleaning staff, coordinate industrial and commercial cleaning projects, and uphold exceptional customer service standards. Your leadership will directly contribute to maintaining a pristine environment that promotes health, safety, and satisfaction for all occupants and visitors.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities across multiple sites, including industrial, commercial, hospitality, and healthcare facilities.
- Lead and motivate a team of custodial staff, providing clear direction, training, and performance feedback to ensure efficient operations.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, sanitation standards, and environmental policies during cleaning procedures.
- Manage scheduling, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet operational deadlines and quality benchmarks.
- Oversee the implementation of EMS protocols related to cleaning and sanitation management to promote environmentally responsible practices.
- Conduct regular inspections to verify cleanliness standards are met or exceeded; address any deficiencies promptly.
- Foster excellent customer service by maintaining professional communication with clients and addressing their specific cleaning needs or concerns.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in custodial services with a strong background in industrial or commercial cleaning environments.
- Demonstrated supervisory or team management experience within janitorial or cleaning operations.
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures, safety regulations, and best practices in cleaning & sanitation management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and manage multiple teams effectively.
- Excellent communication skills suitable for managerial interactions with staff, clients, and vendors.
- Experience with hotel housekeeping management or hospitality industry is a plus.
- Ability to oversee laundry services or related custodial tasks as needed; familiarity with hospital or healthcare cleaning standards is advantageous.
