Job Description:
Responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure occupants a clean and safe environment.
Essential Job Duties:
- Cleans and maintains cleanliness of office and lobby floors, windows, doors and walls.
- Cleans and maintains cleanliness of restrooms; includes floors, sinks, counters, toilets and fixtures
- Clean and maintains cleanliness of elevators and stairwells.
- Monitor the interior and exterior of the building and grounds during the day to make certain the grounds and common areas are free of debris.
- Clean and maintain all convenience centers. Including stocking of coffee and cleaning supplies.
- Empty garbage containers in common areas and restrooms ensuring general areas are free of litter.
- Light maintenance duties including light bulb changes, hanging white boards, reset plumbing fixtures, reset fire panel, etc.
- Meet vendors onsite for any repairs or inspections at premises.
- May perform other duties as assigned.
Other Job Functions:
- Report and discuss all problems with Property Manager for coordination of vendor repairs.
Skills, Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Minimum 1 year previous facilitates maintenance / janitorial experience.
- Ability to handle multiple projects.
