Job Overview
Join our dynamic team as a versatile Food Service Associate, where you'll play a vital role in serving our customers. We have a fast-paced environment and thrive to offer the best pizza and food with excellent customer service and an enjoyable experience. In addition to hitting the road to deliver hot meals, our delivery drivers assist in the restaurant as a cashier when there are no deliveries. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help us serve our community with excellence. You must be available weekends and evenings, be at least 18 years old, and have a valid Michigan Driver's License. This position get tips, which are paid out weekly.
Responsibilities
- Deliver orders promptly while maintaining safe driving practices; communicate effectively with customers during delivery
- Operate the Toast POS systems for order processing and transactions
- Provide friendly customer service at the counter, taking orders accurately and upselling menu items to enhance sales
- Handle cash transactions with precision, ensuring proper cash handling and register balancing
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation the dining area, bar and food preparation zones in compliance with food safety regulations
Experience
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent service quality
