We are seeking a Client Service Representative who will serve as the welcoming face and voice of our hospital and who understands that exceptional client care is just as important as exceptional medical care.
The Client Service Representative is often the first and last point of contact for our clients and plays a critical role in shaping their experience. This position requires warmth, professionalism, emotional intelligence, and the ability to support clients with kindness and clarity—especially during stressful or emotional moments.
Prior client service experience required (veterinary or medical setting preferred)
Weekend availability is required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm, compassionate, and professional in emotionally charged situations
Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Commitment to treating every client and patient with respect and empathy
Greet clients and patients warmly in person and over the phone
Serve as a compassionate liaison between clients and the medical team
Schedule appointments and manage check-ins and check-outs
Accurately enter and maintain client and patient information
Collect payments and explain invoices clearly and respectfully
Answer questions with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail
Support clients during difficult or sensitive situations with grace and understanding
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-desk environment
Uphold hospital policies, confidentiality standards, and ethical practices
