We are looking for a General Manager who is or was currently working as a General Manager for the last 3-5 years in a restaurant setting. The salary range includes Bonus awards.
What are we looking for?:
- 3-5+ current years of General Manager experience in the restaurant industry with responsibility for financial result
- Desire to be a hands-on coach like GM who enjoys mentoring and developing staff to be all they can be within our organization.
- Possesses and demonstrates a strong owner-like commitment to operations and customer service
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- A creative approach to growing the business (community-engagement, etc.)
- ServSafe certification
What can you really expect?
- Real work/life balance. Our locations are open from 11:00 AM - 10:00 PM. We are also closed on Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas day. Best of all - no drive-thru or third shifts or 60-70 schedules!
