Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients through outbound calls, telemarketing, and community outreach to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
- Conduct needs analysis to recommend suitable insurance products such as health, life, property casualty, or commercial insurance policies.
- Negotiate terms with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements while ensuring compliance with insurance regulations and company policies.
- Manage sales administration tasks including CRM system updates, client documentation, and benefits administration records.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance client engagement and expand market reach.
- Stay informed about industry trends, insurance regulation updates, and product knowledge to provide accurate information and advice.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in both bilingual (if applicable) and multilingual contexts.
- Familiarity with Google Suite and CRM systems for sales tracking and customer relationship management.
- Knowledge of insurance products such as health insurance, life insurance, property casualty insurance, and benefits administration is a plus.
- Demonstrated analysis skills for assessing client needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Customer service experience with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
- Understanding of insurance regulation standards including HIPAA compliance for health-related products is advantageous.

This is an independent contractor opportunity in which you are in business for yourself, but not by yourself. Any income range associated with this posting represents the potential earnings available to you as a business owner in this role; not a guaranteed salary. All earnings in this role are sales results based and uncapped, with a tremendous potential for growth.
