Callahan Heating, Cooling & Plumbing
Pay: $15–$20 per hour
Callahan Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This position is often the first point of contact for our customers, so we are looking for someone who communicates professionally, stays calm under pressure, and genuinely enjoys helping people.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule HVAC and plumbing service appointments
- Gather accurate customer and job information
- Communicate appointment details, pricing, and company policies clearly
- Coordinate with dispatchers, technicians, and office staff
- Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations, maintenance reminders, and customer follow-ups
- Update customer accounts and job information in our scheduling software
- Handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism
- Assist with Care Club membership scheduling and renewals
- Complete additional administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using computers, phones, email, and scheduling software
- Able to remain calm and professional during difficult customer interactions
- Previous customer service, call center, dispatching, or office experience is preferred
- HVAC or plumbing experience is helpful but not required
- ServiceTitan experience is a plus
Compensation
- $15–$20 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
