This position is full-time and requires you to be on site from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Some overtime, including weekends, may be required.
Position Overview:
This position manages the Vendor Development and Vendor Compliance Departments. The Manager’s primary responsibility is to ensure maintenance of a database of vendors who are fully trained, fully compliant, and willing and able to meet our clients’ needs.
Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
· Review vendor MSA/Contracts.
· Review, revise as needed and sign vendor credit applications.
· Represent department at Mid-Manager meetings and be prepared to address interdepartmental issues.
· Manage all department personnel including hiring, reprimands, and terminations as needed.
· Conduct employee performance reviews and establish goals and deliverables.
· Ultimate responsibility for the vendor database.
· Provide recommendations for policy and procedure updates to upper management.
· Oversee quarterly review and revision of all procedure documents for the department.
· Address all interdepartmental escalations with vendors.
· Oversee the re-activation and inactivation of any vendor accounts as needed.
· Work directly with Controller to establish KPI’s and metrics for all department activities.
· Develop and maintain competitive rate schedules to guide team negotiation efforts.
· Assist Controller with budget and staffing needs.
· Release and/or assign DNR vendors if necessary.
· Work with the Controller to set and implement department goals to meet company strategic goals.
· Oversee the progress of department workflows to avoid bottlenecks.

· Available to support team after hours as needed.

Salary range: $77,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience
Pay: $77,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
