Job Summary:
As a Laundry PM, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our laundry department. This includes managing the cleaning and laundry of resident clothing, linens, and facility items, as well as ensuring compliance with infection control and safety protocols. Responsibilities:
Manage the laundry department, ensuring efficient and effective operations
Coordinate the cleaning and laundry of resident clothing, linens, and facility items
Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies and equipment as needed
Implement and enforce infection control and safety protocols, maintaining a clean and sanitary environment
Develop and implement effective cleaning and laundry procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident satisfaction and experience
