About Us
We are an online membership community dedicated to help education and healthcare professionals develop a speciality to build practices, businesses, and lives that they love.
This brand was built by a mother, a clinician, and a female founder under 40 who decided the field needed something that didn't exist yet. She moves fast, she cares deeply, and she brings that same energy to her team. If you're looking for a founder who leads from the front and never asks more of her people than she asks of herself, you've found her.
About the Role
This is a role for someone who lights up when systems run smoothly, loves being the person who already handled it, and genuinely cares about the practitioners we serve.
We're looking for a fractional Online Business Manager who wants to be part of this mission, not just manage the to-do list.
We're not looking for a contractor to hand tasks off to. We're looking for someone to grow to a partnership role, and who cares about this work as much as we do. As the business grows, so will this role: in hours, responsibility, and compensation.
What Working Together Looks Like
Each week, we'll build your task list together so you always have clarity on what success looks like, even as priorities shift (because they will).
Here's how we think about the role:
First 30 days: Come in and get fully integrated to the tech, the community, the culture, the cadence. Your job is to take the work that's currently on the founder's plate and make it yours. By the end of month one, you own the day-to-day and week-to-week.
First 60 days: You're not just running things, you're running them better. You're moving quicker, bringing suggestions, and sharing critical feedback from members.
First 90 days: You're my right hand and trusted creative partner. I bring my ideas to you and you help me make them greater. You also have brand new ideas, and we genuinely can't wait to hear them.
