On-site School-Based Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – 1099 Independent Contractor
ABO Behavioral Health LLC is a behavioral health group practice in Pennsylvania that provides school-based behavioral services, community- based behavioral services, and caregiver coaching. We are building direct partnerships with local school districts and educational teams to deliver effective, evidence-based behavioral services.
Position Overview
ABO Behavioral Health LLC is seeking experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our network for on-site school-based behavioral services throughout Montgomery, Bucks, and Philadelphia Counties.
This role is ideal for experienced BCBAs with school-based experience and/or a strong Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) background who are committed to providing high-quality behavioral services, collaborating with educators, implementing evidence-based behavioral strategies, and supporting positive outcomes for students with emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs in school environments.
This position is intended for experienced BCBAs who are prepared to provide school-based behavioral services. Applicants must meet the required qualifications listed below.
Qualified candidates will be considered for upcoming school-based placements as district partnerships continue to develop based on availability, preferred service area, and district needs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Support Plans (BSPs)
- Provide evidence-based behavioral consultation to school teams
- Analyze behavioral data and adjust interventions as needed
- Train and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and related service providers
- Participate in multidisciplinary and IEP meetings
- Support positive behavioral outcomes for students
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
Qualifications
Required
- Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Counseling, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- Experience providing ABA services and behavioral consultation
- Knowledge of FBAs, BSPs, and positive behavior support
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Current Pennsylvania required school clearances:
- Act 34 Criminal Background Check
- Act 151 Child Abuse Clearance
- Act 114 FBI Fingerprinting
- Act 126 Mandated Reporter Training
- Act 168 Employment History Review, as applicable
- Experience working with children and adolescents with behavioral, developmental, or emotional needs

- Monday–Friday, Full-time school-year schedule
Pay: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour
