Aspen Prime MedSpa is searching for a client-oriented, dynamic, organized, and experienced Front Desk MedSpa Manager to deliver exceptional service and seamless operations.
Duties
- The Spa front desk will work directly with the founder and is responsible for the spa's daily operations
- Perform routine administrative and clinical assignments, while managing day-to-day operations to keep the medical facility running smoothly
- Keep an organized flow of schedule for a team of aestheticians and providers
- Must be a sales-driven professional with a strong ability to promote and upsell products and services
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Set and achieve sales targets for services and retail products
- Ensure high-quality customer service and guest satisfaction
- Train, supervise, and motivate spa staff to deliver exceptional service
- Create and maintain a positive work environment for the team, clients and visitors; cultural sensitivity and ability to relate well and effectively in diverse workplace and with a diverse client population
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain inventory of spa supplies and products
- Collaborate with vendors to negotiate pricing and order supplies
- Stay updated on industry trends in beauty, wellness and skincare
Experience
- Proven experience in managing a MedSpa
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent supervisory and administrative skills
- Experience in training and development of staff members
- Previous experience as an assistant manager or in a similar role is preferred
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Strong math skills for handling financial transactions and pricing strategies
- Exceptional time management skills to ensure smooth operations
