Pay: Starting at $20+/hour (based on experience) + Per Diem
Travel Required – Company-paid lodging provided for out-of-town projects.
Tarte’s Steel Innovations LLC is looking for an experienced and motivated Door & Hardware Installation Project Manager to join our growing team. We are seeking someone who can work independently, lead a crew, and consistently deliver quality workmanship on commercial construction projects throughout Georgia and surrounding states.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of commercial door and hardware installation experience
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Able to pass a mandatory background check
- Willing to travel for out-of-town projects (company-paid lodging provided)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprint drawings and hardware schedules
- Strong leadership and crew management skills
- Reliable, dependable, and safety-minded
- Heavy lifting 50+ lbs
- Work in all weather conditions
Experience With:
- Hollow metal door and frame installation
- Door hardware installation
- Thresholds
- Bathroom partitions
- Bathroom accessories (mirrors, towel bars, shower rods, etc.)
- Exit devices (panic hardware)
- CEBTs (Concealed Electric Bolt Transfers)
- Electric strikes
- Power transfers
- Wall stops and floor stops
- Weather stripping
- Door closers
- Door sweeps
- Rain drips
- Keyless entry systems and electronic hardware
Welding and fabrication experience is a plus but is not required.
