WSC Staffing is hiring for a stable, full-time manufacturing position on 1st shift! No plating experience? No problem. This company is willing to train motivated individuals who enjoy hands-on work and are looking for long-term career growth.
Schedule & Pay:
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Starting Pay: $18.00/hour
- Full-time, Monday-Friday
- Overtime available

What You'll Be Doing
- Prepare and finish metal aircraft and hydraulic components
- Operate plating equipment and monitor production processes
- Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
- Use measuring tools and follow detailed work instructions
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Work as part of a team to produce high-quality products
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Enjoys hands-on work
- Has manufacturing experience (preferred but not required)
- Pays attention to detail
- Is comfortable standing and moving throughout the day
- Can occasionally lift up to 60 lbs.
- Is dependable and willing to learn
- Can work overtime when needed

Previous plating experience is a plus, but this company is willing to train candidates with manufacturing, production, machine operation, assembly, warehouse, or other hands-on experience.
